When we take on a property to manage, whether it’s an individual condo or multi-unit building, we become intimately familiar with the property’s ownership, its building, and its resident(s). We are trained to respond to building emergencies, insurance concerns, compliance issues, collection problems and virtually every other need an owner may have.
Our management program is designed to deliver services in virtually every area of residential management, including:
- Rent Collection – We collect the monthly rent for each unit we manage and issue a monthly statement to the owner detailing the monthly expenses.
- Bill Paying – We will collect and pay all invoices related to the property, including utility, condo fee and/or tax bills.
- Insurance — We can help obtain insurance coverage for our clients in the most comprehensive and economical manner.
- Resident Relations — Our accessibility to residents helps us build a strong relationship between residents and the unit/building owner. It is our goal and our responsibility to make you look great.
